תואר אקדמי רלוונטי, ניסיון כמנהל/ת ייצור בתחום האלקטרוניקה/אלקטרו-מכניקה, ניסיון בניהול עובדים, קריאת שרטוטים, והיכרות עם תהליכי ייצור.
